The Kenneth James McPherson (KJM) Education and Research Foundation is a non-profit organisation supporting out-of-hospital research and staff development.

We offer research grants and professional development scholarships to our uniformed staff. These are funded through sponsorships, donations and bequests, and help us improve clinical practice, the out-of-hospital health system and patient outcomes.
