Non-accredited First Aid Training

Would you like the opportunity to learn life saving skills without the need to become certified?

First aid training with Queensland Ambulance Service can provide people with the skills, knowledge and confidence to assist an injured or ill person until our paramedics or other medical profesionals arrive on the scene.

For those people who do not need to have a qualification or do not want to attend a practical assessment session, Queensland Ambulance Service is offering non-accredited first aid training for its Apply First Aid, Perform CPR and Provide Basic Emergency Life Support courses. The training is the same, the only difference is you do not need to attend a practical session with an instructor, you simply complete the theory components to give you the grounding skills in performing first aid.

Training is delivered via the same interactive DVD-ROM as used in our fully accredited programs complete with quizzes and activities to ensure you gain the knowledge required to perform the basic functions of first aid. The DVD is yours to keep and can be used over and over again to refresh your skills.

As you are not required to attend a practial assessment session, non-accredited training is offered at a substantially lower rate than other courses. DVD packs start from $29.95 and are also available complete with manikin for practising CPR. You can also purchase the training for a family member or friend as the perfect life saving gift.
